I've been making this food my whole life. Not from cookbooks or cooking classes, but from watching, tasting, and learning the way Gujarati food has always been passed on - through family, through memory, and through getting it wrong until you get it right.

Everything I make is prepared fresh by hand, to order, out of my own kitchen. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just the food I grew up eating, made the way it was always meant to be made.
